The Semmes Murphey Charity Open brings together physicians, healthcare partners, business leaders, and community supporters for a full day of competition and connection at the iconic TPC Southwind. Proceeds from the event support Semmes Murphey Foundation’s mission to advance physician training, neuroscience education, and public awareness initiatives that improve outcomes in brain and spine care.

Interactive displays and activities focused on spine care and stroke awareness will be open throughout the day for players, sponsors, and guests.
Championship Golf
Enjoy a four‑person scramble on the renowned TPC Southwind course. Team participation is limited to ensure an exceptional playing experience. Lunch, on‑course refreshments, an A+ goody bag, and a post‑event cocktail reception are included for all registered players and sponsors.
Competitive Tennis
Women’s and Men’s doubles (4.0+) tennis competition with a limited field, offering a high‑quality and engaging experience for players and spectators. the University of Memphis women’s and men’s team players will rotate through the round robin events (women in the morning, men in the afternoon) and will play an exhibition match in between. Lunch, on‑court refreshments, an A+ goody bag, and a post‑event cocktail reception are included for all registered players and sponsors.
